Anthony Winza Probowo is the Founder and Principal of Anthony Winza & Partners, a boutique law practice offering unmatched legal strategy in navigating the complexities of Indonesian legal waters. With more than a decade of combined experience as a lawyer and lawmaker, he brings strategic clarity to high-stakes legal matters that demand more than routine representation.

He has advised and represented global companies, local conglomerates, and government institutions in complex disputes and legal advisory matters — ranging from drafting high-value commercial contracts to handling cross-border litigation. He has appeared and advocated before various courts in Indonesia, including the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court.

Anthony holds dual master’s degrees from Harvard and Georgetown, and a Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Pelita Harapan. He also took courses at MIT and Oxford, which broadened his perspective on economic policy, national security, and the strategic role of law in shaping institutional outcomes. His multidisciplinary insight enables him to deliver legal advice that is both technically sound and aligned with broader public and commercial interests.

Prior to founding his practice, Anthony served as a Member of the Jakarta Provincial Parliament and later assisted the President of Indonesia as Assistant Special Staff. These roles provided him with both a bird’s-eye and ground-level view of how laws are made, interpreted, and implemented across institutions.
